Nancy Chang's proves that Chinese food can be good for you and taste good too. The menu indicates spicy dishes, vegetarian, and healthy foods. We liked the not-so-healthy, fried scallion pie and Shanghai pan-fried noodles; though the vegetarian sizzling Japanese bean curd was a big hit.
